So this past Saturday Kaycee and I had the honor to photograph Cassie and Joe's wedding at Central Park in New York city. It was a weekend full of festivities and plenty of great weather and fabulous food. Thank you to the Corrigan's and the Drymala's for such a great time. We have met a lot of couples and I have to say that Cassie and Joe are just one of those couples that really make you believe in love and how waiting for the right person is so worth it. Thank you Cassie and Joe for being such a wonderful example of how sweet love really is.
Here is a sneak peak of just a few of the hundreds of images from the weekend.

I have to say that photographing children is probably my favorite thing to do. I love putting on my wide angle lens, getting really close to my subject and just clicking away as the "ham" in any kid unfolds. I am pretty lucky to have a lot of kids in my extended family and this gathering I realized I have not photographed all the kids before. I took the opportunity at Jacob's fourth birthday celebration to finally photograph some really amazing little ones and I am happy to share. Believe it or not, this is not even half of the kids in my family. You should see Christmas time (pure craziness).

So this weekend I got together with some friends in Austin, TX for a very fun brunch. There was lots of incredible food, ( I will post Jaclyn's famous arugula bread dish as soon as I get it from her) lots of mimosas and plenty of funny stories. I love Austin so much, and it is so nice to be able to work and take a break through all of the busyness. I wouldn't be surprised if I am there more often for any old reason. Here are some images I took while enjoying my day at Jaclyn and Rodney's Austin paradise.

I had the ultimate pleasure of photographing two week old Emily on Thursday in Houston Texas. Emily is the first child of my cousin Ben and his wife Andrea. Life moves so fast when I think about how I can remember the day little Ben was born and reminisce his whole life growing up into a young man, Husband and now a Father. I could not be happier for the Posson family and their new little blessing in their already blessed life.

Today was all about food, family and my cold that seems to not want to go away. I pulled away from bed long enough to celebrate Easter at the Tinoco's. My Sister's in laws have become our family and I love going to their house for all occasions to eat the best BBQ, beans and rice you will ever find. Today would not be complete without an Easter egg hunt, lots of candy, cascarones and all the cousins (well not all, we had a few absent) for a group picture. Of course I wanted to photograph my little Dyllan and Jacob and you will see, they always make a good photo opportunity. Just look at how mischievous Dyllan looks in the first picture, he is so funny.
Anyways, I hope everyone had a blessed day filled with laughter.
